  I’ve buy the Prolink PHS100 3.5g, this is not support to (Windows vista ultimate 32bit). can I’ve a Software for Windows vista ultimate 32bit.

  Paul…how is about your prolink problem..I have that modem & I can’t used it on vista Home Premium too. I’ve been upgrade the firmware to version 31.12.1, but that not solve the problem…
  Can you help me please…

  I have phs100 modem & I have install it, but when I want use it, this modem always make my computer hank/error, I don’t know where is the wrong.

  My first installation not complete too… I don’t know maybe the phs100 modem not complete.

  hi there..i juz upgrade my os from windows xp to windows 7 and i want to install my prolink hsdpa modem (phs100) but the version is 1.1 (Mar2009) and could not support windows 7. i’ve check the latest firmware at prolink2u.com it was V31.21.0 and i try to download the latest firmware but when i click on the “download”, there is an error “Service Unavailable”. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME..!

  I used Windows7 and it worked..
  One thing is u can’t connect using the software..
  U must connect through the intenet connection down on the taskbar… and dial “*98#”…Trust me…it worked..DON’t CoNNEcT UsInG The SoFtWaRE.!!
