Boleh tahan pening kepala with a few issue regarding our status(KDP14M Mod Pedalaman and KDP14M Mod Biasa), I just realize the advantages and disadvantages of those 2 programs.
KDP14M Mod Pedalaman
Advantages
- only open for those teaching in rural school receiving hardship allowance (Pedalaman 1 – Pedalaman 3)
-once accepted for SMP programme interaction/class only takes place during holidays / semester break (only after completing 14 week course!!)
Disadvantages
- have to be in rural school for 3 – 4 years (jadi orang ulu jak la)
KDP14M Mod Biasa
Advantages
- i can’t find any advantages at the moment
- open for all, meaning no matter if you are from a rural school or town school (for those rural teachers that loved adventures )
Disadvantages
- there is an amount you have to pay after completing the 3 years program (Sarjana Muda Pendidikan)
- once accepted for SMP programme, interaction/class will take place once in a fortnight (only after completing 14 week course!!)
Last Wednesday (February 11) i receive a letter from my boss, and i was like “Whoa, betul ka this one ??”. Sure is a good news indeed, meaning that i will be away for 14 weeks and the bad news is i have to be there on February 23 (payday 25) aiyo … die lor
